Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the USA.

Processing Time

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery time depends on your location:

  • Canada: 5-7 business days
  • USA: 7-10 business days

Shipping Damage

Seva Mattress is not responsible for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer service team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
