Seva Mattress Warranty Information
At Seva Mattress, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our Canadian-made mattresses. Each mattress comes with a warranty to ensure your peace of mind, so you can rest easy knowing you’re making a lasting investment in your sleep.
Warranty Coverage:
We offer different warranty periods depending on the mattress model:
- 10-Year Warranty: Available for select models.
- 15-Year Warranty: Covers mid-range mattresses for long-term durability.
- 20-Year Warranty: Applies to premium models for extended protection.
What’s Covered:
Our warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including body impressions deeper than 1 inch.
- Faulty zipper issues or other structural problems with the mattress cover.
- Sagging or loss of support not caused by an improper foundation.
What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or a slight increase in softness that doesn’t affect the overall performance.
- Stains or spills that damage the material. Any visible stains, including from liquids, bodily fluids, or spills, will void the warranty, as they can compromise the mattress’s structural integrity and hygiene.
- Improper cleaning methods: Using harsh chemicals or excessive water when cleaning the mattress can cause damage and will void the warranty.
- Improper use of the mattress, such as using it with an unsupportive or incorrect foundation. Make sure you use a sturdy, flat surface or a supportive box spring to maintain your warranty.
Void Warranty:
Your mattress warranty will be void under the following conditions:
- Any form of stain on the mattress.
- Use of an improper bed foundation that does not provide adequate support.
