RETURN POLICY
At Seva Mattress, our mission is to ensure you get the quality sleep you deserve with our range of comfortable sleep products, especially our mattresses. We also understand that it might take some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, which is why we offer a return policy designed to give you peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
We require that you sleep on your newly purchased mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust. All our mattresses come with a 100-night trial, giving you ample time to decide if the mattress is right for you.
If, within the 100-night trial period, you find that the mattress doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return. The 100-night trial begins from the date of confirmed delivery. Please ensure that the mattress is clean and undamaged before initiating a return.
A mattress will be deemed damaged and ineligible for return if it shows any of the following:
Broken zippers
Ripped fabric
Punctured cover
Stained fabric
All accessories included with the mattress must also be intact. If there are any damages (excluding shipping-related damages), return charges may apply.
Please note: There are absolutely NO RETURNS for the following purchases:
In-store special price purchases
Clearance items
Floor models
Mattresses that are damaged or stained
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Seva Mattress. If you purchased your mattress from a third-party retailer like Amazon, you’ll need to contact them directly, and your purchase will be subject to their return policies.
Our return policy is limited to a maximum of two purchases per household. It’s crucial to request a return within the 100-night trial period, as returns requested even a day after the trial period ends will not be accepted.
How to Make a Return
Before requesting a return, consider the following:
✅ Have you allowed enough time for your body to adjust to the new mattress?
✅ Is your mattress still within the return eligibility period?
To initiate a return, contact us via our hotline at 778-321-2254 or email us at customercare@sevamattress.ca. We will verify your shipping information and may ask for the reason behind your return request.
Once your return request is validated, we will process a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. The refund will reflect the original price paid for the item.
Return and Refund Process
After your return request is confirmed, our team will process the request within 1-2 business days. We will arrange for a pickup partner to collect the mattress from your location.
Typically, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation from our pickup partner. To expedite the process, you can ask for a receipt from our pickup team, take a photo of the receipt along with the mattress being loaded, and send it to us via email.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and you will receive a refund receipt via email.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your current mattress and wish to exchange it for another Seva Mattress, our exchange policy allows for a one-time exchange. If you choose a mattress of lesser value, we will refund the price difference. If you select a mattress of higher value, you will need to pay the additional cost.
Please note that we offer only a one-time exchange, so be sure to choose a mattress that best suits your needs.
